# Message Activity
We can see the details of every file came to AMF (One day by default)
To search a specific scenario, we can use the **search** filter at the top right corner and give appropriate details
To clear the filter, click on clear filter Icon
To refresh the data, click on refresh icon
To Hold a file, click on Hold icon
Give the reason and click on Save
To requeue the Delivered file, click on requeue icon
To reprocess a completed item, click on reprocess icon
To download the file, click on download icon
To add notes to a file, click on notes icon
Add your notes and click save
The notes icon will be in blue color if we add any notes to that
To Hold multiple files, select the files and click on Hold
Give the reason and click on Save
To requeue multiple files, select the files and click on requeue icon
To reprocess multiple files, select the files and click on reprocess icon
To add notes to multiple files, select the files and click on notes icon
Add the notes and click save
To view the meta data of the file double click on the record
We can see the events, sessions and details of the file
