Customer Initiated

There are two types of customer initiated profiles

Password based Authentication type

If we onboard the user using platform IBM(SFG), by default the the user will be enabled with password authentication.

Key based Authentication

To create Customer initiated send profile double click on the respective user under Onboarding

Click on + icon on the top right corner

For adding the public key of the user, click on + icon at the top right corner

Select SFTP as protocol, give a profile name, Select Type as Customer Initiated, Select AuthType as Key, choose the Pub key of the user an click Save.

Once the public key was onboarded in respective platforms, the status will be completed.
